  1. Perform acute dialysis procedures on patients with chronic kidney disease.
  2. Monitor and assess patient's condition during dialysis treatment.
  3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
  4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  5. Educate patients and their families on kidney disease management, treatment plans, and lifestyle modifications.
  6. Ensure patient safety and infection control measures are followed at all times.
  7. Document patient care and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner.
  8. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  9. Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in acute dialysis care.
  10. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.
  11. Maintain professional and ethical standards in all interactions.
  12. Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their families.
  13. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to promote continuity of care.
  14. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  15. Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution

  • Active And Unrestricted Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Practice

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Acute Dialysis Or Critical Care Setting

  • Current Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certifications

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment With Strong Critical Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills
