1. Provide high-quality and compassionate care to patients undergoing acute dialysis treatment.
2. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assess patient status before, during, and after dialysis procedures.
3. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
4. Educate patients and their families on kidney disease, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
5. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
6. Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
7. Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions as needed.
8. Utilize critical thinking skills to assess, plan, and implement nursing interventions based on patient needs.
