Facilities Generalist

We’re looking for an experienced and organized Facilities Generalist to join the David Yurman family! The ideal candidate is passionate about providing a safe and organized work environment for our team members. This position is crucial for ensuring our stores, offices, and warehouses are well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations.The successful candidate must have minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication and customer service skills. Responsibilities:

1. Maintain the cleanliness and safety of all David Yurman stores, offices, and warehouses.
2. Ensure all facilities are compliant with safety regulations.
3. Inspect facilities regularly and take necessary steps to address any issues.
4. Manage external vendors and contractors.
5. Monitor inventory of supplies and order new items as needed.
6. Assist in the maintenance of equipment and systems.
7. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of all personnel.
8. Handle any customer service inquiries or complaints.
9. Prepare reports on the status of facilities.
10. Troubleshoot any facility-related issues.
