Job Description

As a Senior Visual Designer you will focus on maintaining the heart of the DataStax brand, corporate website and a handful of other web properties. Continuously optimize lead generation funnels through iterative design, experimentation and data analysis. Collaborate with Creative and Product Marketing to build funnels that are engaging, targeted to relevant user personas, and are aligned with company brand and messaging. Contribute new page layouts, components and styles to Helios, our in-house design system. Work directly with Marketing leadership to launch new experiences to our customers. Take complex problems and deliver simple solutions for a technical customer. Work with cross-functional partners in marketing, product and engineering.

Job Qualifications

  • 4+ years of related experience

  • A portfolio of work samples that demonstrates your ability to produce and ship thoughtful user experiences.

  • Mastery of interaction, visual design and grid-based page layout.
