  1. Coordinate and oversee all weekend operations on campus, including but not limited to facilities, events, and student services.
  2. Develop and implement a comprehensive schedule for weekend activities and events.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure all weekend operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  4. Serve as the main point of contact for any issues or concerns related to weekend operations.
  5. Supervise and manage a team of weekend staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  6. Maintain and manage the budget for weekend operations, ensuring cost-effective and responsible use of resources.
  7. Create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students, staff, and visitors on campus during the weekends.
  8. Plan and execute special events and programs for weekends, in collaboration with other departments and student organizations.
  9. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of weekend operations and make recommendations for improvements.
  10. Communicate regularly with campus community members to gather feedback and address any concerns related to weekend operations.
  11. Stay updated on campus policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety during weekend operations.
  12. Act as a liaison between campus departments and external vendors for weekend events and services.
  13. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all campus facilities during weekends.
  14. Handle any emergency situations that may arise during weekends and follow appropriate protocols.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the student experience and contribute to a vibrant campus life at Dartmouth College.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.

  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In Operations Coordination Or A Related Role, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Deadlines.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Groups Of People.
