  1. Oversee all aspects of the college's box office operations, including ticket sales, event management, and customer service.
  2. Manage a team of box office staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective service.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline box office operations and improve customer satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with event coordinators and other departments to ensure accurate ticket inventory and timely distribution.
  5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  6. Monitor ticket sales and revenue, analyzing data and making adjustments as needed to meet sales goals.
  7. Maintain accurate records of ticket sales, refunds, and exchanges.
  8. Train new box office staff on procedures, policies, and customer service best practices.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technology, implementing new systems and tools to improve box office operations.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons, representing the college in a positive and professional manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Arts Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Box Office Management Or Ticketing Operations.

  • Proficiency In Computerized Ticketing Software, Such As Ticketmaster Or Tessitura.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Events And Tasks Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Diverse Groups Of People.
