1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of all athletic facilities at Dartmouth College.

4. Manage the scheduling of athletic facilities for practices, games, and events.
5. Coordinate with various departments, teams, and individuals to ensure smooth and efficient use of facilities.
6. Develop and manage the budget for athletic facilities, including equipment purchases and maintenance costs.
7. Hire, train, and supervise facility staff, including maintenance and janitorial personnel.
8. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure they are safe and in compliance with regulations.
9. Coordinate and oversee the setup and breakdown of equipment and facilities for practices, games, and events.
10. Collaborate with coaches and athletic staff to develop and maintain a high standard of facility cleanliness and appearance.

12. Work with facilities management to address any maintenance or repair needs in a timely manner.
13. Serve as a liaison between the athletics department and other campus departments to coordinate facility usage and maintenance.
