
Renewal Sales Representative
Make outbound calls to an existing customer base to sell subscription-based renewals. Manage customer base through forecasting, account strategy, planning and daily management. Build and maintain positive, trust-based relationships at all levels of the account, including senior executives. Act as a resource by providing exceptional customer service through answering questions and resolving subscription issues. Maintain competitive knowledge on industries and products to leverage in the sales cycle. Support sales through calls and/or web-based presentations to manage product positioning, and strategies. Performance based on meeting/exceeding quarterly sales targets. Advocate and communicate the value of BlackBerry. Create proposals in SalesForce CRM and follow up with customers.
1-2 years of experience in Inside B2B outbound sales
Proven track record of success handling a high volume of outgoing sales calls
Flexible and adaptable self-starter with strong relationship-building skills at senior levels
Experience presenting to groups and executives both virtually via webinars and onsite
