- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives.

- Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure technical change initiatives are implemented effectively.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress and results of change management initiatives.
- Remain current on best practices and industry trends related to technical change management.
- Establish and maintain procedures and controls to ensure compliance with technical change standards.
