Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and coordinate technical changes throughout the organization, including process engineering, systems analysis, and software development.
  2. Develop and implement change management plans that ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to identify and address any technical challenges.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful change initiatives.
  6. Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Provide guidance and support to ensure technical change initiatives are implemented effectively.
  8. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress and results of change management initiatives.
  9. Remain current on best practices and industry trends related to technical change management.
  10. Establish and maintain procedures and controls to ensure compliance with technical change standards.
