Job Description

Are you ready to take on the challenge of driving the success of one of the world’s leading loyalty and rewards companies? cxLoyalty is looking for an experienced, confident, and strategic individual to join our team as a Site Director.In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of professionals on-site at one of our major clients. You will be the face of our company and will be responsible for driving the day-to-day operations, managing projects, and ensuring that our services meet the highest level of quality and efficiency.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of work experience in a management role. You must also be a strategic and organized leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven ability to navigate complex situations, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee a team of professionals and provide guidance and direction to ensure successful outcomes.
  2. Manage day-to-day operations and ensure high-quality services.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  4. Monitor performance of team members and provide feedback and support.
  5. Track project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
  6. Manage complex situations and resolve conflicts.
  7. Foster a cooperative and positive work environment.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  9. Create and maintain reports and presentations.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
