Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and results-oriented Site Director to join the cxLoyalty team. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience and have a proven track record of success leading teams in a fast-paced environment.The Site Director is responsible for building and leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure our clients are consistently satisfied. This role requires a creative, problem-solving mindset and a commitment to collaboration. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in customer service, demonstrated leadership skills, and the ability to manage and develop a team.Requirements:• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field• At least 5 years of experience in customer service and team leadership• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and/or similar software• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills• Demonstrated organizational and time management skillsIf you are an enthusiastic professional looking for a rewarding opportunity to join a fast-growing team, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruit, hire, and manage a high-performing team of customer service professionals.
  2. Train and develop team members to ensure they are knowledgeable and able to provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Develop and implement customer service strategies and processes that meet customer expectations.
  4. Monitor and evaluate customer service performance to ensure quality standards are met.
  5. Implement and maintain customer service policies and procedures.
  6. Maintain and review customer service metrics and reports.
  7. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, clients, and team members.
  9. Advise management on customer service and team performance issues.
  10. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
