Infrastructure Engineer - Windows Server

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Infrastructure Engineer - Windows Server to join the cxLoyalty team. This individual must have a passion for technology, a proven track record of success in Windows Server environment, and an eagerness to learn and develop.The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing Windows Server infrastructure. Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, this individual must be able to work independently and collaboratively to ensure the availability, scalability, performance, and security of our Windows Server systems.To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, as well as five or more years of experience in a Windows Server environment. In addition, you must have experience with PowerShell, SQL, scripting, and Windows Server administration. Responsibilities:

1. Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize Windows Server infrastructure to ensure availability, scalability, performance, and security.
2. Develop and deploy scripts using PowerShell, SQL, and other scripting languages.
3. Manage and maintain Windows Server systems.
4. Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues.
5. Create and execute system maintenance plans.
6. Perform regular system upgrades to ensure security and performance.
7. Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operation of the Windows Server environment.
8. Monitor system logs and analyze system events to troubleshoot issues.
9. Research and implement best practices for system administration.
10. Develop and document procedures and policies for system operation and maintenance.
11. Train and mentor junior engineers on Windows Server infrastructure.
12. Utilize AWS and/or Azure to support Windows Server infrastructure.
