Infrastructure Engineer

As an Infrastructure Engineer at cxLoyalty, you will be a key member of our technology team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure. You should also have experience with automation and scripting, such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.In this role, you will work closely with our DevOps team to ensure that our systems are operating at peak performance, and you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise. Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain IT infrastructure.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot network and system issues.
3. Evaluate and recommend new technologies for cxLoyalty.
4. Work with DevOps team to ensure peak system performance.
5. Implement new systems, as well as automate and script using tools such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
6. Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
7. Research and stay up-to-date on the latest IT infrastructure trends and technologies.
8. Assist with security and compliance initiatives.
9. Respond to system alerts and take corrective action as needed.
10. Provide technical expertise and support to other teams.
