  1. Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  2. Coordinate and monitor the shipping and receiving of products, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  3. Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels to ensure adequate supply.
  4. Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and production, to ensure smooth flow of materials.
  5. Train and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring they follow proper procedures and safety guidelines.
  6. Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in inventory or shipments.
  7. Utilize warehouse management software to track and manage inventory and orders.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote productivity and safety.
  9. Communicate with suppliers and carriers to schedule shipments and resolve any delivery issues.
  10. Continuously assess and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience In Warehouse Operations: A Warehouse Coordinator - Level Ii At Cummins Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Warehouse Operations, Including Receiving, Shipping, Inventory Management, And Forklift Operation.

  • Strong Communication Skills: The Job Requires Frequent Communication With Other Departments, Suppliers, And Customers. A Warehouse Coordinator - Level Ii Should Have Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Information And Resolve Any Issues That May Arise.
