  1. Manage and maintain the company's financial resources to promote financial stability and growth.
  2. Monitor and analyze global financial markets and economic trends to make informed decisions regarding cash flow, investments, and risk management.
  3. Support the implementation of cash management strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize transactional costs.
  4. Prepare and analyze cash forecasts to ensure adequate liquidity and assist in the development of financial plans and budgets.
  5. Monitor and manage the company's debt and interest rate exposure, including refinancing and debt restructuring.
  6. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  7. Conduct financial research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities and provide recommendations to senior management.
  8. Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to negotiate favorable terms for banking services.
  10. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve treasury processes and systems.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in treasury management.
  12. Train and mentor junior team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
  13. Collaborate with other departments, such as accounting and tax, to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial activities.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information and adhere to ethical standards.
  15. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness of treasury operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field
