- Design and develop innovative testing methods and systems to ensure the reliability, performance, and quality of Cummins products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop appropriate testing strategies.
- Conduct thorough testing and analysis of product prototypes and designs to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
- Implement new testing technologies and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy in product testing.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate testing procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain and troubleshoot testing equipment to ensure proper functioning and accuracy.
- Provide technical support and expertise to other teams within the organization, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in testing technology to ensure Cummins remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Document and communicate testing results and findings to stakeholders, including engineering teams and management.
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols while conducting testing activities.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Test Engineering, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Test Methodologies, Data Analysis, And Statistical Tools.
Familiarity With Testing Equipment And Software Such As Labview, Canalyzer, And Inca.
Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced Environment, With Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Attention To Detail.
