Welcome to the Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) at Cummins, where we are dedicated to providing hands-on training and valuable experience to individuals interested in pursuing a career in the power generation industry. As a TAP apprentice, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced technicians and participate in a comprehensive training program designed to develop your skills and knowledge in power generation technology.   1. Attend and actively participate in all training sessions and workshops as part of the TAP program.
  2. Work closely with experienced technicians to learn the fundamentals of power generation technology.
  3. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while in the training program.
  4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude while representing Cummins.
  5. Complete all assigned tasks and projects in a timely and efficient manner.
  6. Continuously strive to improve technical skills and knowledge through hands-on experience and training.
  7. Take initiative in identifying and reporting any equipment or process malfunctions.

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: Candidates For The Tap - Power Generation Job At Cummins Should Have Completed Their High School Education Or Obtained A Ged Equivalent. This Ensures A Basic Level Of Academic Knowledge And Competency.
