Job Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Aptitude: Candidates For The Tap- Power Generation Program At Cummins Should Possess A Strong Technical Acumen And A Keen Interest In The Power Generation Industry. This Includes A Solid Understanding Of Electrical And Mechanical Systems, As Well As The Ability To Troubleshoot And Problem Solve.

  • Educational Background: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Required For The Tap- Power Generation Program. Candidates With A Post-Secondary Degree Or Technical Certification In A Related Field Will Be Given Preference.

  • Physical Fitness: Working In Power Generation Can Be Physically Demanding, And As Such, Candidates Should Be In Good Physical Condition. This Includes The Ability To Lift Heavy Objects, Work In Confined Spaces, And Climb Ladders Or Scaffolding.
