  1. Provide comprehensive training to apprentice technicians in diesel engine technology.
  2. Develop and implement hands-on experience opportunities for apprentice technicians.
  3. Teach and mentor apprentice technicians in technical knowledge and skills related to diesel engines.
  4. Create a positive and engaging learning environment for apprentice technicians.
  5. Identify and recommend career advancement opportunities for apprentice technicians.
  6. Work closely with the TAP team to ensure the program is meeting its objectives.
  7. Continuously assess apprentice technicians' progress and provide feedback for improvement.
  8. Foster a culture of safety and compliance within the TAP program.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to provide a well-rounded learning experience for apprentice technicians.
  10. Serve as a role model for apprentice technicians, demonstrating professionalism, dedication, and a strong work ethic.
  11. Communicate effectively with apprentice technicians and address any concerns or questions they may have.
  12. Maintain accurate records of apprentice technicians' progress and performance.
  13. Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate new techniques and technologies into the TAP program.
  14. Encourage and support apprentice technicians in their personal and professional growth.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures while carrying out TAP program responsibilities.
