  1. Oversee the daily operations of the service department to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
  2. Lead and manage a team of service technicians, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall efficiency and productivity of the service department.
  4. Monitor and maintain service schedules to meet customer demands and expectations.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  6. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any customer issues or concerns.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  8. Train and mentor new service technicians to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  9. Monitor and analyze service department metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the service department.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Technical Knowledge And Experience: A Service Supervisor At Cummins Should Have A Strong Background In Mechanical Or Electrical Engineering, With Hands-On Experience In Troubleshooting, Repairing, And Maintaining Diesel Engines And Related Equipment.
