1. Facilitate Scrum practices and ceremonies: As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for multiple Scrum teams. This includes ensuring that all team members understand the purpose and goals of each ceremony and that they are conducted effectively.
2. Coach and mentor Scrum teams: You will be responsible for coaching and guiding Scrum teams to ensure that they follow Scrum principles and practices. This includes providing guidance and support to team members, identifying and addressing any obstacles or issues, and promoting continuous improvement.
3.
