  1. Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of complex PLM projects for Cummins.
  2. Drive innovation and efficiency across the organization through effective project management.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop strategies to meet business goals.
  5. Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address any potential roadblocks or issues.
  6. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
  7. Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, ensuring a cohesive and high-performing team dynamic.
  8. Continuously evaluate project processes and implement improvements to optimize productivity and quality.
  9. Ensure adherence to project management best practices and Cummins’ standards.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the project team.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in PLM technology.
  12. Support the development of business cases and proposals for new PLM initiatives.
  13. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
  14. Manage and negotiate project contracts and agreements.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Cummins’ values and brand.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field: A Project Manager - Enterprise Plm At Cummins Should Have A Strong Educational Background In Engineering Or A Related Field To Understand The Technical Aspects Of The Job.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Project Management Experience: Cummins Expects Its Project Manager - Enterprise Plm To Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects With Multiple Stakeholders.

  • Project Management Professional (Pmp) Certification: Cummins Values Pmp Certification As It Demonstrates A High Level Of Project Management Knowledge And Skills.

  • Experience In Product Lifecycle Management (Plm) Software: As A Project Manager - Enterprise Plm, It Is Essential To Have Experience In Plm Software, Such As Teamcenter, To Effectively Manage And Coordinate Product Development Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Cummins Requires Its Project Manager - Enterprise Plm To Have Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders From Different Departments And Locations.
