  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for program and infrastructure operations in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee and manage all aspects of program and infrastructure projects, including budget, timeline, and resource allocation.
  3. Ensure the successful execution of projects by coordinating cross-functional teams and promoting collaboration and communication.
  4. Continuously evaluate and improve program and infrastructure processes, systems, and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Lead and develop a team of program and infrastructure professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program And Infrastructure Management, Preferably In A Large Corporate Environment.

  • Strong Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of It Infrastructure, Systems, And Applications.

  • Excellent Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Coordinate And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Proven Experience In Implementing And Managing It Programs And Initiatives, Including Budgeting, Resource Allocation, And Risk Management.
