- Coordinate and manage production schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze production data and make recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor and track production progress, identifying any potential delays or issues and developing solutions to address them.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and parts for production.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure optimal use of resources and equipment.
- Develop and maintain accurate production schedules, taking into account capacity, lead times, and customer requirements.
- Continuously review and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct regular meetings with production team to discuss schedule updates and address any issues or concerns.
- Maintain documentation and records related to production schedules and changes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in production planning and scheduling.
- Train and mentor new production scheduling coordinators as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as safety and quality standards.

Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Production Scheduling Or Related Role.
Proficiency In Production Planning And Scheduling Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Priorities.
