  1. Support production and assembly processes: The Production Associate - Level II will be responsible for aiding in the production and assembly of high-quality engines and components. This includes following standard operating procedures, using tools and equipment correctly, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  2. Meet production goals and targets: The Production Associate - Level II will be expected to meet production goals and targets set by the company. This includes working efficiently and effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Manufacturing: A Production Associate - Level Ii - 2Nd Shift At Cummins Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Environment. This Includes Knowledge Of Production Processes, Quality Control, And Safety Procedures.

  • Technical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Technical Skills, Including The Ability To Operate And Troubleshoot Production Equipment. Knowledge Of Computer Systems And Software Used In Manufacturing, Such As Sap, Is Also Preferred.
