  1. Operate and maintain production equipment in accordance with safety protocols and company standards.
  2. Monitor production processes and identify any potential issues or defects.
  3. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
  4. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficiency and safety.

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Education Requirement For This Position Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Basic Level Of Education And Knowledge To Perform The Job Duties.

  • Previous Manufacturing Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 6 Months To 1 Year Of Experience In A Manufacturing Environment. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Production Setting And Their Knowledge Of Production Processes.

  • Mechanical And Technical Aptitude: A Production Associate - Level I Should Have A Good Understanding Of Mechanical And Technical Principles. This Includes The Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Documents, Use Basic Hand And Power Tools, And Troubleshoot Basic Mechanical Issues.

  • Attention To Detail: A Keen Eye For Detail Is Essential For A Production Associate - Level I. They Will Be Responsible For Inspecting And Testing Products To Ensure They Meet Quality Standards, So Attention To Detail Is Critical To Catching Any Defects Or Issues.

  • Teamwork And Communication Skills: A Production Associate - Level I Should Be Able To Work Well In A Team Environment And Communicate Effectively With Co-Workers And Supervisors. This Includes Being Able To Follow Instructions, Ask For Help When Needed, And Provide Feedback And Suggestions For Improvement.
