Experience In Manufacturing: A Production Associate At Cummins Should Have Prior Experience In A Manufacturing Environment, With Knowledge Of Production Processes And Equipment.
Ability To Work Third Shift: This Role Requires Working Overnight, So Candidates Must Have The Ability To Work Third Shift And Adhere To The Designated Schedule.
Attention To Detail: As A Production Associate, Attention To Detail Is Crucial In Ensuring Quality Control And Meeting Production Targets. Candidates Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Spot Any Errors Or Issues In The Production Process.
