  1. Perform maintenance and repair services on Cummins power generation equipment at customer sites.
  2. Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostic tests to identify and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  3. Utilize technical knowledge and expertise to resolve complex problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion of service requests.
  5. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  6. Uphold high safety standards and follow all company protocols and procedures.
  7. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including equipment maintenance and repairs.

Job Qualifications
  • Technical Knowledge And Expertise: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Power Generation Systems, Including Diesel And Gas Engines, Generators, And Related Components. They Should Possess The Necessary Technical Skills To Troubleshoot, Diagnose, And Repair Complex Issues In The Field.

  • Experience And Training: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In The Field Of Power Generation Or A Related Industry Is Required For This Role. Candidates Should Also Have Completed Relevant Technical Training Programs, Such As A Degree Or Certification In Mechanical Or Electrical Engineering.

  • Safety Awareness: As The Job Involves Working With Potentially Hazardous Equipment, The Candidate Must Have A Strong Commitment To Safety And Follow All Safety Protocols And Procedures While On The Job. They Should Also Have Knowledge Of Osha Regulations And Other Safety Guidelines.

  • Customer Service Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Provide Exceptional Service. They Should Be Able To Explain Technical Concepts In A Clear And Concise Manner To Non-Technical Individuals.

  • Flexibility And Adaptability: Power Generation Field Service Technicians Often Work In Challenging Environments And May Have To Travel Frequently.
