  1. Oversee the operations support team and ensure they are properly trained and equipped to provide exceptional service and support to our customers.
  2. Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures for handling customer inquiries, technical issues, and product support.
  3. Lead and motivate the team to achieve performance goals and meet customer service targets.
  4. Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to enhance overall efficiency.
  5. Collaborate with different departments within the organization to ensure smooth coordination and resolution of customer issues.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve the operations support processes.
  8. Handle escalated customer concerns and provide timely and effective solutions.
  9. Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to maintain a high-performing and engaged team.
