  1. Coordinate and manage the procurement of direct materials for production operations.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  3. Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for production needs.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving measures.
  5. Conduct regular market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
  6. Create and maintain accurate records of purchasing activities, including purchase orders and invoices.
  7. Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand production needs and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  8. Identify and resolve any supply chain issues or delays in a timely manner.
  9. Continuously review and improve procurement processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and laws.
  12. Train and mentor junior team members to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
  13. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with supplier contracts and agreements.
  14. Participate in cross-functional projects to improve overall supply chain processes.
  15. Handle any other duties or projects as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Direct Materials Purchasing Or Procurement.

  • Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes And Inventory Management.

  • Excellent Negotiation And Communication Skills.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience Using Erp Systems, Preferably Sap.
