Job Description

Cummins is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Materials Cycle Count Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our inventory through conducting regular cycle counts and identifying and resolving any discrepancies.   1. Conduct regular cycle counts of all inventory to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
  3. Utilize analytical skills to determine root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement solutions to prevent future errors.
  4. Maintain organized and accurate records of all cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
  5. Communicate inventory discrepancies and adjustments to relevant departments and stakeholders.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or excesses, providing recommendations for improvement.
  7. Assist with inventory audits and support the implementation of inventory control processes.
  8. Provide regular reports and updates on inventory accuracy and discrepancies.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments related to materials management.
  10. Adhere to company safety and environmental policies and procedures.
  11. Contribute to maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
  12. Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  13. Support the company's mission to provide innovative and sustainable solutions to customers.
  14. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  15. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Inventory Control Or Materials Management.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Cycle Counting Processes And Procedures.

  • Proficient In Using Inventory Management Software And Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail.
