- Develop and implement innovative and efficient manufacturing processes to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
- Lead and manage projects, from conception to completion, to ensure timely delivery and successful execution of manufacturing initiatives.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical expertise and support to help them develop their skills and contribute to the success of the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as design, production, and quality, to identify and address manufacturing issues, and ensure seamless integration of processes.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement, utilizing data-driven methods.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve and innovate our manufacturing processes.
- Maintain and improve product quality standards by implementing and enforcing best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards in the manufacturing processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical support to various departments, such as sales and customer service.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing cost-saving measures and process optimizations.
- Communicate regularly with management and stakeholders to provide updates on projects, identify potential roadblocks, and propose solutions.

Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field
Strong Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Continuous Improvement Methodologies
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Engineering Role
Proficiency In Cad Software And Experience With Product Design And Development
Excellent Project Management And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team.
