  1. Develop and implement global industrial hygiene policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all employees.
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections of company facilities to identify potential health and safety hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain consistent safety practices across all regions.
  4. Stay updated on current industrial hygiene regulations and standards and make recommendations for necessary changes to company policies and procedures.
  5. Provide training and education to employees on industrial hygiene practices and promote a culture of safety and well-being.
  6. Investigate and assess workplace incidents and accidents related to industrial hygiene and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and organizations to stay informed of best practices and industry trends.
  8. Manage and maintain a budget for industrial hygiene initiatives and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
  9. Develop and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of industrial hygiene programs and initiatives.
  10. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on industrial hygiene initiatives and present recommendations for improvement.
  11. Lead and mentor a team of industrial hygiene professionals to ensure consistent implementation of policies and procedures across all regions.
  12. Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and panels to promote a positive image and showcase our commitment to industrial hygiene.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Occupational Health And Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Industrial Hygiene Management, Preferably In A Global Manufacturing Or Engineering Company.

  • Certified Industrial Hygienist (Cih) Designation Or Equivalent Certification From A Recognized Professional Organization.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Global Health And Safety Regulations And Standards, Including Osha, Epa, And Iso.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Global Initiatives.
