- Conduct phone and in-person interviews with potential candidates.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, scheduling orientations, and conducting new hire orientation sessions.
- Assist with employee relations by addressing employee questions and concerns, documenting discussions and outcomes, and escalating issues as needed.
