- Analyze HR data: The HR Analytics Manager will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data related to various HR processes and initiatives, such as recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and retention.
- Identify trends and insights: Using analytical tools and techniques, the HR Analytics Manager will identify patterns and trends in HR data to provide valuable insights and information to inform business decisions.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business, Statistics, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Analytics, Hr Data Management, Or Related Field.
Proficiency In Statistical Analysis And Data Visualization Tools, Such As Sql, R, Python, Tableau.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Data, Including Employee Lifecycle, Compensation, Performance Management, And Diversity And Inclusion.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Data To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
