11. Conduct investigations and root cause analysis for incidents and near misses, and develop corrective and preventative actions.
12. Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as contractors and suppliers, to ensure their compliance with HSE regulations and standards.
13. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the company's HSE performance and progress towards goals.
14. Act as a change agent by identifying opportunities for HSE improvements and driving initiatives to create a safer and more sustainable work environment.
15. Represent the company in HSE meetings, conferences, and events to stay current on industry trends and best practices and promote the company's HSE program.
