  1. Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental risk management strategies and protocols for the organization.
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential risks and hazards in the workplace.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and update company policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
  4. Provide guidance and support to management and employees on health, safety, and environmental issues.
  5. Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop risk management plans to minimize potential hazards.
  6. Monitor and track compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
  7. Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  8. Develop and deliver training programs to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in health, safety, and environmental risk management.
  10. Analyze data and prepare reports on health, safety, and environmental performance for senior management.
  11. Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  12. Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills to prepare employees for potential risks and emergencies.
  13. Lead investigations and provide support in legal proceedings related to health, safety, and environmental issues.
  14. Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental management systems.
  15. Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor on health, safety, and environmental risk management matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Occupational Health And Safety, Environmental Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Risk Management Role, Preferably In The Manufacturing Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Safety And Environmental Regulations.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Assess Potential Risks And Develop Effective Mitigation Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Train And Educate Employees On Safety And Environmental Protocols And Procedures.
