  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on power generation equipment at customer sites.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues with power generation equipment.
  3. Conduct thorough inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of equipment.
  4. Respond to customer service calls and provide timely and effective solutions to equipment issues.
  5. Utilize technical resources and manuals to properly diagnose and repair equipment.
  6. Maintain accurate records of service and repair work, including parts used and time spent on each job.
  7. Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates on service and repair progress.
  8. Collaborate with team members and other departments to share knowledge and resources.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in power generation technology.
  10. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while on job sites.
  11. Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
  12. Travel to customer sites as needed, sometimes on short notice, to provide emergency repairs.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained.
