  1. Conduct on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of power generation equipment according to company and industry standards.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with power generation equipment and develop effective solutions.
  3. Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on power generation equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  4. Utilize technical manuals and resources to accurately and efficiently complete service tasks.
  5. Keep accurate records of service activities, including parts used, time spent, and repairs completed.
  6. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
  7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely completion of service projects.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and regulations related to power generation.
  9. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing job duties.
  10. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained.
  12. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  13. Travel to various job sites as needed to provide on-site service.
