1. Conduct research and stay updated on current ethical and compliance regulations and standards.
2. Collaborate with the Ethics and Compliance team to assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
3. Communicate with employees at all levels of the organization to promote ethical practices and compliance with regulations.
4. Assist in the creation and delivery of training sessions and materials on ethics and compliance topics.
5. Conduct audits and investigations to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
6. Analyze data and prepare reports on compliance metrics and trends.
7. Identify potential areas of risk and work with the team to develop strategies for mitigation.
8. Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance-related activities.
9. Provide support to employees who have compliance-related questions or concerns.
10. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to promote a culture of integrity and ethics.
11. Represent the company at external events and conferences related to ethics and compliance.
12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the company's ethics and compliance program.
