  1. Conduct design and development activities for electrical systems in line with company standards and industry regulations.
  2. Perform testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems to ensure reliability and functionality.
  3. Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and address technical issues and provide solutions.
  4. Participate in the development and implementation of new technologies and processes to improve product performance.
  5. Maintain accurate documentation of testing procedures, results, and any modifications made to electrical systems.
  6. Adhere to safety procedures and protocols while working with electrical equipment and systems.
  7. Continuously monitor and analyze product performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
  8. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering to contribute to the growth of the company.

  10. Train and mentor junior technicians and provide support as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Degree In Electrical Engineering: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Is Required For This Role. This Will Ensure The Candidate Has A Strong Foundation In Electrical Principles And Can Apply Them Effectively In Their Work.

  • Knowledge Of Electrical Systems: The Candidate Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Electrical Systems, Including Power Distribution, Control Systems, And Electrical Components. This Will Enable Them To Troubleshoot Complex Issues And Make Informed Decisions.

  • Experience With Cad Software: Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software Is Essential For Creating And Modifying Engineering Designs And Blueprints. The Candidate Should Have Experience With Industry-Standard Software Such As Autocad And Solidworks.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Analytical Skills To Interpret Complex Data And Drawings. They Must Be Able To Identify Potential Problems And Develop Effective Solutions To Resolve Them.
