- Conduct research and development to design and improve advanced combustion and emissions systems for engines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet customer needs and comply with emissions regulations
- Utilize knowledge of combustion processes and emissions control technology to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in combustion and emissions technology to drive innovation within the company
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for combustion and emissions projects
- Coordinate and participate in testing and validation of new systems to ensure performance and compliance with emissions standards
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to source necessary components and technologies
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and company policies
- Document and report on project progress and results to management and other stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Combustion And Emissions Systems Development For Diesel Engines.
Proficiency In Relevant Software And Tools Such As Ansys, Gt-Suite, And Matlab.
Strong Understanding Of Emissions Regulations And Compliance Standards, Including Epa And Carb.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Combustion And Emissions Issues.
