  1. Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  2. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or shortages to the appropriate team members.
  3. Manage and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments, including tracking and reporting.
  4. Ensure all products are properly labeled, stored, and organized in the warehouse.
  5. Work closely with the logistics team to coordinate and schedule deliveries to customers in a timely manner.
  6. Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels and identify any potential issues.
  7. Train and mentor new or junior warehouse staff to ensure they understand and follow proper procedures.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space, adhering to all safety and quality standards.
  9. Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and production, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  10. Continuously seek out ways to improve warehouse processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  11. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members and superiors to provide updates on warehouse operations and address any issues that may arise.
  14. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in warehouse operations to continuously improve and innovate.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Operating And Maintaining Advanced Warehouse Equipment, Such As Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, And Automated Storage And Retrieval Systems.

  • Knowledge Of Warehouse Management Systems And Inventory Control Procedures.

  • Ability To Read And Interpret Work Orders, Pick Tickets, And Shipping Documents.
