  1. Efficiently and accurately manage product inventory and stock levels.
  2. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to safely move and store products.
  3. Utilize computer systems to track and monitor inventory levels and product locations.
  4. Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers.
  5. Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.
  6. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to coordinate product flow and resolve any issues.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve any inventory discrepancies.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  11. Train and mentor new warehouse operators.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  13. Continuously monitor and report any potential hazards or safety concerns.
  14. Meet productivity and quality standards set by the company.
  15. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  16. Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the warehouse operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Warehouse Or Logistics Role, With At Least 1 Year In A Supervisory Or Lead Position.

  • Strong Understanding Of Warehouse Operations, Including Receiving, Stocking, Order Fulfillment, And Inventory Management.

  • Proficiency In Operating Warehouse Equipment Such As Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, And Hand Tools.

  • Knowledge Of Safety Procedures And Regulations Related To Warehouse Operations.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Manage A Team.
