Franchise Business Consultant

These positions are remote/home-based positions, with the ideal candidates located or willing to locate in the middle of their assigned region. Overnight travel will be required with most stays being 1-2 days and occasional stays of 1 to 2 weeks. Liaison between Culver’s Franchising and franchisees, our support team and suppliers. Provide appropriate leadership and advice to franchisees in their restaurant operations, including food cost control, labor cost control, expense control, safety, sanitation, product quality control, training, and customer relations. Ensure restaurant openings are successfully managed with appropriate support teams and leadership, while adhering to the established restaurant opening budget. Ensure all company sales, transactions and financial goals are achieved or exceeded.
