Internal Audit Manager

Participates in operational audits by leading testing and analysis of various scope areas. This includes; understanding the business unit's objectives, identifying risks to achieving the objectives and the related control as well as creating tests of the control design and execution. Leads discussions with Executive Management surrounding audit observations, residual risk and operational enhancements. Writes audit reports and communicates executive summaries surrounding observations, risks and actions to the CFO, CEO and the executive leader of the respective function. Responsible for expanding and overseeing Internal Audit's analytics program. Develops solutions to problems identified during audits and translates these solutions into practical recommendations. Appraises the adequacy of actions taken or to be taken by operating management on reported deficiencies. Conducts and oversees special investigations, audits, and examinations, and financial studies as directed.
