Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager will use analytics and audience insights to drive engagement and develop innovative direct-to-consumer digital marketing campaigns that exceeded ROI targets. Manages a team or teams of campaign managers, planners and media buyers to support external advertising and promotional activities. Responsible for onboarding customers/advertisers, exceeding customer expectations and driving additional revenue from existing customers. Own end-to-end program campaign strategy and execution across multiple digital channels to drive engagement in targeted accounts. Work closely with product and other services teams to define the offerings to meet our customer experience and business objectives. Closely track program success and optimize as needed. Work with cross-functional teams to define campaign strategy and tactics. Utilize conversion testing, identify conversion points and optimize user funnel. Evaluate new and existing technologies.

Job Qualifications

  • A minimum 8-years hands-on, performance-based paid display, and search experience

  • A proven track record of developing and executing highly-successful digital marketing campaigns with demonstrable results

  • Extensive knowledge of marketing and lead funnel analytics and attribution models

  • Ability to leverage data to optimize marketing experience.

  • Understanding of user-design, graphic design and interface principles and responsive and mobile design, preferred.

Compensation
