- Oversee and manage the performance of train crews and other operational staff.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with all federal and company regulations and policies related to train operations.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure smooth and coordinated operations.
- Analyze and evaluate operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of train dispatchers and other operational staff.
- Conduct regular safety and operational training for employees.
