1. Safely operate and manage the movement of freight trains across our network of railroad tracks.

4. Inspect and maintain train equipment, including brakes, couplings, and air hoses.
5. Monitor train speed and make adjustments as needed to maintain safe operations.
6. Identify and troubleshoot any mechanical or operational issues that may arise during a trip.
7. Follow standard operating procedures and protocols to ensure timely and accurate delivery of freight.
8. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address any concerns or issues that may arise during transit.
9. Maintain accurate records of train movements, delays, and any other relevant information.
10. Continuously monitor and assess train performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

12. Adhere to all company rules and regulations, including safety protocols, while on duty.
