- Oversee a team of maintenance employees, providing guidance, training, and performance management.

- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Extensive Experience In Equipment Maintenance: The Ideal Candidate For The Director Of Equipment Maintenance Position At Csx Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Equipment Maintenance, With A Proven Track Record Of Managing A Large Fleet Of Diverse Equipment.
